Richard Smreker
Richard Smreker has practiced law in Missouri since 1993. Since 2007, he has worked primarily in complex class action and multi-district litigation cases involving the pharmaceutical industry. He has also maintained a solo practice, handling personal injury litigation, criminal defense, estate planning and probate matters. For ten years, he served as a Senior Legislative Analyst for the Missouri House of Representatives, where he researched and wrote the law as the Analyst for the Judiciary & Ethics Committee, the Crime Prevention & Public Safety Committee and the Financial Services Committee. Mr. Smreker attended the University of Missouri – Columbia, where he earned a B.A. in Film Studies, an M.A. in Broadcast Journalism and a J.D.
