Paul Farrell, Jr. 

Paul Farrell, Jr. serves as of counsel for the McHugh Fuller Law Group's opiate litigation practice. Mr. Farrell is co-lead of MDL2804, National Prescription Opiate Litigation, and represents 700+ communities across the United States in the largest and most complex case in history.

Mr. Farrell is widely recognized by his peers as a pioneer and authority on the diversion claims directed against the opiate prescription drug manufacturers, distributors and dispensers.

He filed some of the first diversion cases in the country in southern West Virginia and initiated the proceedings leading to the formation of MDL 2804 centralized in Ohio. Mr. Farrell is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (1994) and the West Virginia University College of Law (1997). He is the founder of his own law firm, Farrell Law, and is licensed to practice in West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky.
