Katie Gavagan Diaz received her undergraduate degree from Syracuse University, magna cum laude, in 2003. She received a Juris Doctor from University at Buffalo Law School State University of New York in 2007.

Prior to joining McHugh Fuller Law Group, Ms. Diaz worked for a boutique law firm in Tampa, Florida. She represented employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation claims. Thereafter, Ms. Diaz relocated to Rochester, New York and worked for a small law firm. She primarily represented clients in workers' compensation, social security disability and labor and employment cases.

Ms. Diaz is currently licensed to practice law in New York.
